On February 26, the company held the 5th session of the 2ndstaff congress and commendation meeting, all the staff representatives and commended personnel of the company attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Peng Jiandong, the Chairman of the Labor Union. Firstly, eight reports including the implementation of BLHI's Labor Protection Measures in 2018 and the 2019 Implementation Plan were reviewed. The company's fourth collective contract was voted on and adopted. At the meeting, the advanced collectives and advanced individuals from 2017 to 2018 were also commended. General Manager Zhu Guomin gave a work report titled “Building an Efficient Operation System; Realizing High-Quality Development of the Enterprise; Speeding up the Digital Manufacturing Process and Creating a New Chapter in Enterprise Development”, summarized the achievements fulfilledand shortcomings in 2018, analyzed the main plans and difficulties of 2019, proposed action requirements for seeking development and planning future, and comprehensively elaborated from the implementation of corporate culture, 2018-2022 plan goals, the company's "three views" understanding and other aspects. Zhu Xiaodong, Secretary of the Party Committee, put forward three opinions and called on all the members of the company to take active actions. All party members should play a good role of "double-lead". Cadres at all levels must be guided by innovation, strictly self-required, take the lead in setting a good example, and guide positively, unite and lead all employees to implement and execute, never forget the initial intention, keep faith and move forward, and fully accomplishing the annual goals. At the meeting, all departments and party branches were required to conscientiously organize all employees to learn and understand the spirit of the meeting, implement the requirements of the meeting, combine the practice of work, formulate effective work measures and action plans, and quickly put into all work with full enthusiasm.
